Rosemary Pork With Angel Hair Pasta

After a long day of testing, I needed a fun activity for my middle school students. We played a round-robin game where students chose an ingredient for a class recipe from the following categories: protein, starch, vegetable, and seasonings. As a class we came up with Rosemary Pork with Angel Hair Pasta. It was a fun time of sharing and a wonderful way to connect mathematics to the real world. -- posted by Miss Fannie

Esta receta usa una salsa de crema de alfredo casero, auténtico como base, así que si stying de la luz es el objetivo... esto no ajusta su plan de vuelo. Adapted from a recipe in Cuisine Tonight's "Quick and Easy Pasta" edition. This is indeed quick, very easy, and quite delicious, like a crab/corn bisque over pasta. -- posted by Essay33

Wholegrain Pasta Stuffed Cucumbers With Asian Sauce

I am always inspired on the internet by what I see, hear and read, TRUE!This makes for a VERY healthy tasty appetizer that is GREAT for entertaining too!NOTE: Amounts listed are approximate; adjust the recipe to suit how many or how few you would like to make too!I used and recommend Barilla Wholegrain pasta; has 3 times more fiber of regular pasta, healthy and tastes GREAT!I use tamari to reduce the salt content; a lot healthier too -- posted by mickeydownunder

Pasta Puttanesca

Clipped from blog "http://fromaliceskitchen.blogspot.com/" who got it from Martha Stewart recipes. If you love garlic, salt & pasta this is a wonderfully aromatic and tasty dish. Don't be put off by the anchovies, they are in other foods you may already eat such as Caesar dressing and Worcestershire sauce! -- posted by TeresaD

Zucchini Lentil Pasta Sauce (Vegetarian)

I wanted to eat something vegetarian for dinner for a change, especially after a dinner of bratwurst soup the night before. I'm also fighting candida, so I wanted something with an immune boost, thus the 4 cloves of garlic and cayenne powder. I also used spelt pasta instead of regular pasta due to the lower gluten content. My husband, who doesn't like veggie meals very much, said it was really good! -- posted by Chef #962474
