Egg(Less) Nog

I've been looking for a simple no-cook egg nog using egg substitutes. This sounds easy enough: no cook, blend, chill and serve. The recipe called for 1 cup non-dairy creamer (not my favorite), so I'm going to add some chia seeds to give it more body. Some alternate ideas include using dates and bananas in place of some or all of the sweetener. Might also work as a base for a tasty green smoothie. -- posted by Gianni #23
